Content: I have the speaker smart wireless bbq thermometer. When I plug in monitors and turn it on is stars climbing in temperature sometime showing over 433 degrees and it is laying on the cabinet. How do you recalibrate.

I would like replacements. I contacted you when the first probe failed, but did not get a replacement, just a request for my address.
