Content: Hi, I purchased a Bluetooth thermometer on amazon last November, used it once or twice, went to use it last night and its not working at all. I tried to replace the batteries and its still broke. I was curious if there is any way I can send this in and get a replacement?

Content: I purchased the Soraken four probe Meat Thermometer from Amazon in May 2020, the battery back does not fit correctly, it is almost like it is two small so the hooks come out on one side or if you put the hooks in, the clip won't hold the back on on the other side. How do I go about getting a replacement?

Content: The app that you guys recommend (EAsyBBQ) for iPhone has a problem. It does not retain any history if the Bluetooth connection is lost which makes the graft part of the app completely useless. Are there any other apps you recommend?
