Content: I just bought your meat thermometer. Two questions: 1. Is there a more complete instruction manual? 2. The unit accommodates 6 probes but only comes with 4. I searched your web site to see if I could buy 2 more probes but couldnt find them. Where can I buy additional probes?

Content: I purchased the wireless meat thermometer that has four probes, I have only used it twice and noticed last night that the battery cover does not fit and will not stay latched. It is almost like the cover is a little too small, if I latch the back hooks in place then the front release hook on the cover does not latch, if I shift the cover so the front release latch is latched then the two back hooks do not stay latched. This means I cannot put the thermometer on a vertical surface with the magnet as it will fall off with the battery cover staying attached to where I placed it.

Content: I just purchased your smart wireless thermometer and used it to help me keep alerted to temp on my pork roast which I was smoking on my grill, maybe you know why the inside of the prob melted all over my grill. I maintained a temp of 300. Please help me understand why the prob head would melt. Thank you Richard Vogel

Content: I purchased a wireless grill thermometer in Amazon. I've only used it a few times and overall like it a lot, but one of the probes has gone haywire on my. It's reading hundreds of degrees above actual temperature. Nothing appears to be physically damaged. It occured in the middle of use at low oven temperature if 200 F I was wondering if this is covered under warranty.

Content: I bought A speaker smart wireless thermometer 6 channels with four probes, and one of the probes is reading way higher than the temperature of the meat we are cooking. The meat is only at 190 while the probe reads it at 358. We have only used these probes 4 times, and are disappointed that one of them already stopped working. Is there a way we can get replacements?

Content: Hi,I I purchased the wireless meat thermometers on May 21 2019, on Amazon. A couple of months ago, I noticed that two of the termocouples were showing large errors when compared to an external instrument as well as the other thermocouples on the same instruments. I also confirmed it was not related to the input port of the device. Are these still under warranty? How can I obtain replacements?Thanks in advance for your help!-Glaucio
