Content: I have a new Soraken 6 channel Bluetooth meat thermometer with 4 probes. It has new fully charged batteries. Problem is it looses the Bluetooth connection even if I have my phone sitting right next to the device. It will show a strong Bluetooth signal on my iPhone 11 Pro Max and then it just drops the signal. I have to turn the thermometer off and back on to get it to connect again but it just drops the signal again. When I first turn it on it will work for a few minutes, maybe 5 minutes or so, and then it starts dropping the signal. After that I can’t get it to keep a connection for more than 30 seconds or so. How do I get it to work correctly?

Content: I have your meat thermometer and the silicone ends on 2 of the 4 probes have melted and are no longer functional. I was using them in my smoker and in my grill with indirect heat. This should not happen given the specified temperature range in the product listing. I like the functionality of the thermometer but this is annoying to now only have two probes.
